The Libyan Iron and Steel Company, with its headquarters in Misrata, signed a contract to complete a cold rolling mill development project with Winners Engineering Solutions Company. Which is one of the international companies specialized in the field of establishing and developing flat rolling mills.
This project is part of the company's general development plan, approved in 2007. Winners has pledged to complete all contract terms within the contract period specified for one year.
It is noteworthy that this project has been suspended due to the reluctance of the company previously contracted with to attend due to the circumstances that the Libyan state is going through.
