An agreement was signed between Algeria Corporate Universities Group (GACU) and the Industrial Technology Research Centre, the companies BATIMETAL and Ferrovial Annaba. The CEO of GACU announced the completion of the first Algerian crane before the end of 2020, which will allow reducing the import bill for this type of machine.
For his part, the CEO of IMETAL said that his group aimed to achieve an integration rate of 60-65% in the construction of cranes in partnership with a foreign partner that he has not disclosed.
