The General Assembly of Delta Steel Company headed by Eng. Mohamed El Saadawy, Chairman of the Mineral Holdings, approved the results of the fiscal year 2019-2020, and decided to amend the Articles of Association and the Articles of Association in accordance with the amendments to Law No. 203 of 1991 in Law No. 185 of 2020 regarding the separation of management from ownership.
Dr. Rajai Mohamed Rashad was appointed as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Eng. Mahmoud El-Feki was appointed as an Executive Managing Director, with Mahmoud Kamal and Romani Ayad Shehata appointed as members of the Board of Directors.
