Emirates Steel, a part of the EMSTEEL group, has announced stable rebar prices for February production. The price for rebar deliveries to Abu Dhabi is set at AED 2,660 (USD 724) per ton, while shipments to Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates are offered at AED 2,668 (USD 726) per ton. These prices are exclusive of the 5pct VAT. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Steel has a production capacity of 3.5 mln tons of steel and 4.6 mln tons of cement annually. The group exports to over 70 markets, accounting for 30pct of its sales. The company offers a diverse range of steel products, including wire rod, rebar, heavy and sections. 1 USD = 3.67 AED
