GCC imposes AD tariffs on aluminum alloy flat steel imports from China

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has announced the imposition of anti-dumping duties on imports of aluminum alloy flat products from China. According to the GCC's Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti-Injurious Practices in International Trade (GCC-TSAIP), the duties will range between 7.1pct and 20pct and will remain in effect for five years, starting April 25, 2025. The affected products include flat or grained rectangular (including square) aluminum alloy sheets, plates, coils, and strips, whether coated or colored, with thicknesses between 0.2 mm and 8 mm. The specific HS codes subject to these duties are 76061210, 76061220, and 76061230.
