Bahrain Steel Company continues to increase production efficiency while achieving a new record in 2021, as the company was able to achieve a record production of iron ore pellets in 2021.
In December, the company announced the total 2021 production of iron ore pellets amounting to 12 million tons, which is the highest annual production ever, as the company utilized its full production capacity.
This is not the first time that Bahrain Steel has announced good results, as it achieved a record monthly production in March, producing 1.123 million tons of pellets.
Bahrain Steel enjoys strong demand for its products amid the growth of crude steel production, and meets most of the needs of steel factories in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Note that the company has two pelletizing plants with a total capacity of 12 million tons annually.
