According to the official statement of the Government Communication Center, Kuwait announced a complete curfew until May 30, 2020, as one of the measures to mitigate the impact of the spread of the Corona virus COVID-19, which will put businesses in the country in a state of stagnation.

As for the steel sector, especially construction, it will be severely affected as a result of the cessation of work in related industries.

One of the market workers said: “All these challenges have a very negative impact on the market,” as factories have been completely closed and the implementation of projects has been suspended, forcing workers to stay in their homes.

However, those working in the steel market realize the importance of this decision.
