On Tuesday, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, inaugurated iron and steel production plants, at a total cost of $ 100 million.
On the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the huge factory, the Prime Minister expressed his pleasure at the completion of (Med Steel) factory for the production of iron and steel according to the highest international standards, with a production capacity of 350,000 mt of steel annually, not only for Kurdistan but for Iraq in general, pointing out that the factory provides about a 1000 opportunities Action.
He called on investors to continue investing in various sectors, especially industrial, agricultural and tourism projects, indicating: “We have a broad vision for the advancement of the Kurdistan region at all levels, and we need the cooperation of each other.”
