Turkey's wire rod exports decreased by 21.6% in January 2023

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute data (TUIK), Turkish wire rod exports decreased by 21.6% this January compared to the same month last year to reach 45,989 tonnes, an increase of 45.7% compared to the previous month. These export revenues amounted to 32.15 million dollars, an increase of 47.9% compared to December 2022, and a decrease of 35.8% compared to January 2022.
