The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on light-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from China for the period between August 1, 2021 and July 31, 2022. Accordingly, the US DOC has determined that Chinese Hangzhou Ailong Metal Product Company’s (Ailong) sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during the period of review. The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margin at 255.07% for the company, in line with the preliminary results. The final antidumping duty for the country is applicable from August 25.
