The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its periodic review of anti-dumping duty (AD) imports of welded stainless steel pressure pipe (WSSPP) from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The Department explained that rescinding the duty on these products from the three countries would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping practices. The likely dumping margins ranged from 16.25% to 167.11%. These products are subject to tariff classification under the following subheadings in the U.S. Customs Tariff Schedule (HTSUS): 7306.40.5005, 7306.40.5040, 7306.40.5062, 7306.40.5064, and 7306.40.5085. The orders to continue imposing these fees will take effect on May 21, 2025.
