Within a list of the largest producers exceeding 3 million tons annually of crude steel, the World Steel Association announced its list of the world's largest steel-producing companies for 2025.
The results showed that "Ezz Steel" company continues to maintain its position as the largest steel producer in the Arab world for the third consecutive year, with a production of 6.4 million tons.
Saudi "Hadeed" company came in second place in the Arab world with a production of 6.1 million tons, followed by "Emirates Steel" company in the United Arab Emirates in third place with a production of 3.4 million tons.
This achievement reflects the strength of the industrial base adopted by Arab companies over decades, and their continued investment in modern technology and operational excellence, enabling them to maintain their position among the major steel producers in the world, despite the challenges facing global markets and the rapid transformations the industry is undergoing.
These results highlight the pivotal role played by the Arab steel industry in enhancing its presence in global markets.
